Naomi Davis, MA, MT-BC

Naomi is a board-certified music therapist and founder of Room to Grow LLC. After graduating with her Bachelor’s in Music Therapy from Colorado State University in 2020, Naomi went on to work in private practice providing school-based, Telehealth, and community music therapy services in Annapolis, Maryland. In 2022, Naomi relocated to the Iowa City area, continuing to provide music therapy services to children and teens with a wide range of needs, as she pursued her Master’s in Music Therapy at the University of Iowa. Naomi continues to provide community mental health services, as well as school-based and Telehealth music therapy services, as she pursues her doctorate in music therapy and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Iowa. Naomi is also proud to support the development of future music therapists in her roles as adjunct professor at Shenandoah University, Instructor of Music Therapy at Western Illinois University, and clinical supervisor at the University of Iowa. Naomi is passionate about fostering collaborative, relationship-based spaces with therapy participants that create an environment for growth and meaning-making.
